This special combines a Sports Massage with various stretching techniques to provide stress relief, an increase in range of motion and flexibility, and to help push lactic acid out of the muscles. This is most effective for treating soft-tissue injuries such as strains, sprains, and stress injuries.

Cupping Therapy provides you with a multitude of benefits, including detoxification through the renewal of blood cells. It also helps to improve common skin conditions such as Eczema and Acne, while soothing pain at each point where the cups are placed.

Your therapist will also apply Peppermint oil + Noni during the treatment to relieve muscle pain & tension. This topical application also helps provide relief from itching and headaches, making this the cherry on top to your relaxing recovery massage.
