Built in 1882 by King Kalakaua, Iolani Palace was the home of Hawaii’s last reigning monarchs. One of many interesting facts is that it had electricity before the White House.

This is home to the Hawaii Supreme Court. The gold leaf Kamehameha Statue should look familiar as it was featured in the opening credits of the Hawaii Five-O television show.
