Services and Activities
Spa
The Spa is a uniquely Hawaiian, reflecting the islands' aloha spirit. The lap pool, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges are all set amidst tropical gardens. Exotic spa treatments or massage can be enjoyed in the open air, secluded behind bamboo screens. The locker facilities offer both indoor and outdoor showers. Spa services are available to guests 14 years and older.
Beach Tree Pool
Located oceanfront, beside the Beach Tree Bar & Grill in the Beach Tree crescent, this pool is heated for guests' comfort. Attendants offer poolside beverage service and Evian spritz. A whirlpool is nearby.
Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course
Like all the other splendid amenities of the Resort, the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course has been crafted with extreme sensitivity to the land. Winding over 7,100 yards, this carefully groomed course begins in a lush kipuka (oasis) and then flows across brilliant green fairways contoured against black lava. Finally, the course returns to the ocean, where the finishing holes capture the drama and the beauty of direct seaside golf. After an exhilarating game, relax in the clubhouse where tropical refreshments, ocean views and a club-away-from-home experience await you.
Tennis Club
The Hualalai Tennis Club offers eight Rebound Ace surface courts, four of which are lighted for evening play. Rebound Ace, a cushioned surface that looks and plays like a hardcourt, is used in the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam Tournament of the year. Courtside amenities include complimentary iced water, sports beverages and towels.

Prime Ocean-View Room
Prime Ocean-View Rooms are spacious deluxe guest rooms on the bungalows' upper floors, set in four crescents overlooking tropical gardens or pools, and affording views of the ocean and white-sand beach.
-Rooms are furnished with a chaise longue, dining table, TV, coffee maker, table and chairs.
-Wooden shuttered doors lead to a furnished balcony on the bungalow's second floor.

Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite
Offering a luxurious space to entertain, Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites have an oversized living and dining area enhanced by unique artwork and antiques. Suites are located to provide exceptional privacy with the best possible views. A second bedroom with full bathroom can be added to accommodate more guests. Deluxe Ocean-Front Suites are literally steps away from the sparkling water.
-Feature a large lanai or patio; some have an outdoor garden shower.
-Offering ocean views, each suite occupies an entire side of a single-storey bungalow, for exceptional privacy.
-Exquisite furnishings in the living area include a wicker sofa over rattan, custom camelback lounge chair and ottoman, light Koa wood coffee table with bevelled glass top, solid pole rattan dining chairs and dining table for six.

Presidential Villa
The Presidential Villa offers the ultimate in luxury on Hawaii's Big Island. A secluded, three-bedroom beach home in paradise, this enormous suite basks in majestic oceanfront, sunset views with in-season whale watching.

How to get to the hotel? |

From Kona International Airport
-As you exit the Kona International Airport, turn left onto Highway 19 (also called the Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway)
-Travel north for 7 miles (11 kilometres), about 10 minutes, until you reach a third left-turn lane
-You will see a lava rock wall with "Hualalai" written in white letters on the left-hand side of the road
-Turn left and follow the paved road
-The greeter will direct you to the Resort
Limousine service
Limousine, Town Car, and taxi service available.
Transportation
Aloha Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, United Airlines, American Airlines and Japan Airlines provide service to Kona International Airport, 10 minutes from the Resort.
Taxi and limousine services are available. Most major car rental firms operate at the airport. Hertz is available at the Resort, as well as at the airport.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received within 29 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received within 28 days or less prior to arrival, then a 3 night charge will be assessed.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults.
-Children under the age of 12 will get a 50% discount on room rates.
-Children under 12 will get a 50% discount on meal rates.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
Liability

Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
